93 Sunbird Hi-beams

Hi. I'm new to this forum and of course, my gelopy's causing me problems.
OK, you guys are gonna think I'm retarded. I recently purchased a 93 Pontiac Sunbird and it didn't come with an owner's manual. Somehow, the switch/level/button to activate the hi-beams has completely evaded me. Could it not have hi-beams?

Also, there's water apparently seeping through the floor on the drivers side (front & back). It doesn't seem to be coming from the engine bay, and hasn't dried up after about a week of sitting in the summer heat.

Does anybody know about either of these problems?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: 93 Sunbird Hi-beams

The high beam switch is activated by the turn signal stalk. It is possible that the switch is bad and needs replaced. If you pull back you should hear a click. If not the switch is bad. As for the water on the floor check the area around the windshield and where the seams are in front around the firewall and wiper housing. There is a possibility that the seam has cracked allowing water into the passenger compartment.
