a friend of mine is trying to sell me his blazer its a 1994 it has the 4.3l vortec. he just grinded out all the rust and welded in some new replacement plates the new plates are not painted and his front buper is cracked in the middle and is now in the shape of a v. the hood is also bent and the latch dosent work properly. but it has a new water pump and he only wants a grand for it. what do u think?

You don't know how well the engine was taken care of.
