97 540i wipers dont retract completely!
when turn the wipers on my 97 540i they work just fine, but when its time to turn them off, they stop a 1/4 of the way up on the windsheild... what i do is turn the car off when the blades are all the way down and proceed to turn the wiper switch off. this works, but if i accidently turn the wipers on again i must follow this proceedure again, otherwise i will be driving with my wipers a 1/4 of the ways up. can any one help?...thanks.
