93 camry 3.0 misfiring terribly

After my daughter blew the water pump and possibly but not definatley overheated, I replaced waterpump and rad, Ibn doin so you must remove timing belt from cam upper cam sprockets. I am positive that timeing belt was replaced correclty but now the engine runs very poorly.
Once it warms up the check engine light comes on and it will stal out at idle speed. Had computer anaylysis done and garage suggeted that it may be a plug or witing problem I have changed the plugs and checked the resistance on all wiring,
compression appears to be 130 to 140 in all cyklinders. After driving for short ways, I checked plugs #4 appears as though it has nevef fired and plug 6 appears full of carbon. I am loss

Check the compression. It sounds like your valve timing is off - meaning your belt is on one or two teeth off on your cam sprockets. This is most likely the problem if your compression is low on 3 or all 6 cylinders.
