Unhappy Turbo, Prob on Gti Turbo 2000 please help

Hi ppl, i really hope some 1 can help me. I have a golf gti 1.8 mk4 turbo 20v. When the car is firstly started (say morning) obviuosly the auto choke makes it rev to about 10,000 rpm then after about 30 secs the revs go down as "normal". But after switching engine off and restarting the car say about an hour or so later the choke is NOT auto engaged as the engine is warm... BUT the engine shakes a little whilst warming up again until i rev it a couple times then its ok until it nearly reeches 80-90temp (normal on golfs) is this typically a turbo prob ? pls advise many thanks
