Unhappy 1988 Fleetwood Brougham 5.0 liter Vacumn Lines "help"

Well to make a long story short redid the heads as the bellpan or head gasket leaked and out come a cloud of white smoke at startup previously. Now when I was stripping the engine I took my new digital camera and took pic's of all the parts to be removed including vacumn lines and wire connectors. well as you all know we all need practice at taking pictures after purchasing a new camera. lol. I have the car running and still overheats and it seems there is no vacumn to the pots on the y pipe on the exaust. All is connected except I removed the Air pump that is used to cut down on emissions, those lines are capped off. aside from alot of what appears to be back pressure possibly due to not knowing what the **** I did wrong. Is there anyone out there that could send me a link to actual pictures of the engine with the vacumn hose routing or there engine that works? Photos work well with me as does advice. Please respond soon
