How do i get the permanent *lazy eye* effect

title pretty much says it all , i want a permanent lazy eye effect on my 240 anyone knows how its done?

unplug the harnesses in front of the rad then you can manually turn the lights up and down. either that or you can cut the brown wire in the harness that attaches to the switch to the left of your steering wheel. if you do that, then what you do to get lazy eyes is turn your lights on so they go up, press the button, turn them off, then press it again so they go down but they go down quick so you gotta press it again to stop them and they'll stay where they are. after a while it wears off and it won't work so don't be doing it every day

okay , thought there were some way of putting a resistance or some electrical way of having it 1/4 open withought having to do it manualy guess not.
