Question Transmission problems?

about 3 weeks ago i had to send my 1997 JGCL 4.0l in to the transmission shop. here is what the problem was... while driving home from work i noticed that it wasnt wanting to shift very well and when i would apply brakes the jeep pulled real hard to the right. when i finally got home i noticed transmission fluid all over under the driver side wheel wells front and back, just on the driver side. anyway when i got it back from the shop it worked fine... until now.

now its 3 weeks later and im having the exact same problems as before but i dont have a warranty on the vehicle anymore and i might have to fix this problem myself, so if anyone has any ideas at all about this please help, and if you need me to answer some questions ill check back often so i can do so... thanks.

HAVENT DONE A LOT OF WORK ON THESE BUT FROM A MECHANICAL POINT OF VIEW, SOUNDS LIKE AN OBVIOUS TRANSMISSION LEAK SOMEWHERE, WHICH YOU`LL NEED TO TRACE, LOW FLUID WILL CAUSE DRIVING AND CHANGING UP PROBS, AND THE LEAK ON ONE SIDE COULD CAUSE OIL ON THE ROTOR/ROTORS ON THAT SIDE, WHICH COULD ACCOUNT FOR THE PULLING TO ONE SIDE WHEN BRAKING, PULLS TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE LEAK.
