THAT's why they charge so much...takes millions to build, millions to maintain, and certainly millions to light it up!
Can anyone think of a reason you'd want a house like that, other than to compensate for some other shortfalling?

This is how Western nations get their money back. We ship him far more cars, expensive house building material etc than he can ever use, in exchange for his oil.
