Front Windshield Washer

My front windshield washer has quit and with another slushy salty Canadian winter coming at me I need to get it fixed. Don't want to take it to the dealer to pay through the nose so I'd like to do the driveway repair. As well the van is a 96 with 300,000 km+ so it only needs minimal $ thown at it to keep it running.
Any advice or step by step would be appreciated.

What part quit? Is the pump getting the voltage to pump? Are the lines clogged? Bad switch? More info please?

Not sure which part it may be as I haven't torn it apart yet but the pump motor is not turning when you push the switch.
Does the rear washer use the same pump - it operates fine.
Can't find my repair manual either so I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance.

I think that it probably has 2 different pumps. My 92 caravan seems to.

Unplug the electrical wire from the front pump, and hook a test light to a good ground and touch the contacts of the wire one at a time while someone is pushing the washer button with the key on. If you get a light on one of the contacts that means it is getting power and the motor is seized. IF you do not get a light then it is most likely a relay, the switch, a fuse or bad wiring.
