Quad Ring?

2001 G.C. Laredo only starts on third turn of key. Dealership says problem is that quad ring needs to be replaced and that this is supposedly seal around fuel pump but I can not find this part anywhere in catalogs etc. Anyone heard of this?

try this,

turn the key to the ON Position and leave it there for about 10 seconds, then try to start the jeep.

Long crank times are sometimes caused by fuel pressure loss due to a worn fuel pump sealing ring.
You would only find the part in a Chrysler parts book.
