ITS UR INTAKE GASKET, CHANGE UR INTKAES MANIFOLD GASKET AND IT WILLQUICK SURGING i had this same prob and its really annoying especcially if u have a loud exhaust. lmao

and when u change the gasket make sure to use alot of permatex (black permatex is the best) and tighten with a hand wrench, NO AIR TOOLS or it will just mess up again. see the engine is getting too much air and its causing it to surge. i changed mine and it cost about 12 dollars and took me about 20 minutes. u can test it by spraying brake cleaner over ur intake manifold right where it connects to ur head. hope this helps good luck
