warning lights on

I have a 2001 implala that everytime it is started the warning light blinks low coolant level (has been checked many times) and change oil (which was changed recently) I also have to turn the trac off or the traction will come on, sometimes even backing out of the drive way.
Does anyone know what might be the problem? I would like to get some kind of idea before taking it back to the dealer.

warning lights

My impala has the same exact problem, evey time I start the car it say's "low coolant" and "change engine oil" even though the oil was just changed. I am going to try changing the sensor on the coolant tank and see if that helps, as far as the oil is concerned there has to be a reset switch for that I would imagine, I just don't know where it is, that is what I was hoping to find out at this site.

Re: warning lights

well to reset the change oil light, look at your radio, you'll see two knobs, one for volume then the one under it for tune. on the bottom one it should also say disp. turn the radio off then hold that down until you get a settings menu to come up in the radio, use the seek buttons and the I believe the 1-2 radio presets to scroll thru the menu, go to oil change, then reset, then push the disp button again, and it should work, but if you dont have that button on your radio, I believe you need to turn your car on, not running, and quickly (within 5 seconds) press the gas pedel down fully, three times. if you have the owners manual it tells you how to do both of these in there.
