key wont turn at all

my key will not turn either way and yesterday it poured down rain and my windows were down could this be affecting my ignition my steering wheel will not turn to the right postion and my shifter will not even go into nuetral someone please help

Try turning the sterring wheel in either direction, while turning the ignition key. You may have locked up your steering wheel. If that does not work you may have to replace the ignition switch.

if it automatic push hard on the gear changer it shoul disengauge the ignition lock
