hey i was wondering how would a wutomatic n/az do against a camaro ss, z28,and a integra gsr i got a greddy exhaust and blitz intake and i was wondering on how close a race against those cars would be? thanks

Don't think about it...you'll lose by far. Hell, you won't even see their tail lights. You'll MAYBE able to run with the GSR, but that's all. Get a Twin Turbo and then you can talk about racing any car. It's bad enough having an NA, but with automatic? Don't race anyone but school buses.

I'm in my 90 Z32 2by2 (NA) w/just intake, ECU, exhaust...my and my friend are cruzing in her and up to the light pulls this 305HP Z28 (2000 model due to the headlight change). I was like..."It's on"

Light turns green!!!

We both floor it...7000RPM's...Shift...dead even still...I let off at 70MPH due to the fact that I had to make my turn since I was going to see a movie w/my friend...quite surprised that a 250HP NA Z could hang up til 70MPH w/a 305HP torque beast...weights of both cars are even...but I obviously dont have the HP or TQ he has...so we chalked it up as a auto Z28...but still it's a 305 HP car...come on!!!

Definitely would have been interested on how that would have ended...past 140MPH on a 45MPH road...hehehe...jk!!!

Are you sure it wasn't a V6 Camaro with 200hp? Wow! I know a 6-sp Z28 could do 0-60 in low 5's and 1/4 in about 14. An auto tested by Car and Driver still got 0-60 in 5.4, and 1/4 in 14.2. Your NA Z could do that? Maybe the other driver didn't know you were racing and didn't press on the gas enough.

Low 5's for a Z28...? Maybe you are thinking of a Camaro SS...and why would this guy put on a Z28 emblem on his car? (Domestic rice?) Finally I remember the engine tone and it wasnt a V6...def V8...but like I said...maybe he was a bad auto driver too...lol...

WHat has the Integra got under the bonnet? The Zed should be able to smoke that easily? Over here in Australia they're just four pots. Don't know too much about the Camaro and the Z28 but the NA Zeds are no slouches. Maybe in Auto form they'd get blown away by them though
