Low Idle

Have a 2000 Malibu LS w/ 116K mi. Recently changed the fuel pump, filter, and complete tuneup but for some reason the idle is lower than usual. Car idles at about 650 rpm when it used to idle around 750ish (not exactly sure but it is lower than used to be). I'm thinking it might be the idle control motor but not sure. Anyway to check that?
Also checked the fuel pressure and it's up to specs since changing the fuel pump. Thanks

My 2002 3.1 engine is around 650 as well. It's possible your spark was weak and the computer needed to increase RPM's to boost the alternator. Have you checked the alternator and battery? Bring both of them in to Autozone. I am betting one or the other is going.
