guy one more last question before I go to sleep , you know 2 LONG bolt that tight to the calibor , the one on the top had the black rubber, When I took it off , I dont see the rubber , then after I done with the brake job , warm up the car , take it for a ride , come back clean the my gagra , I found the black rubber , under the dirty payper tower, is it ok to ride the car like that , or I had to take out that long top bolt and put the rubber back ?.

PUT THE RUBBER BACK! I just got done working on my friends car who's previous owner put ripped rubber things back on. The caliper mounting bolts were STUCK.

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
