Talking Lotus

The other day some friends and I went to Hungtinton beach we were hungry so we started to look for a place to eat on the way by we passed by a few dealerships and we saw a some lotus's but we weren't really exicetd because it was Hungtinton and we knew we would see a few high-end cars that we dont normaly see from our home town of Riverside,CA. Then a day later while back at Riverside we were going to starbucks, then at the corner of my eye I notice a bright colored car I turned around and I realize it was a brand new Lotus Elise that when I really got excited because I never would of thought that I would see a Lotus in the valley by the beach most likely but never in the valley, so there you go fellas watch out for a yellow Lotus in Riverside California.

Yeah, wouldn't expect to see many high-end cars in Riverside. You remember which model Lotus it was?

Re: Lotus

I'm more than positive that it was an Elise, it was sweet.

More Sightings

Ever sence I saw that one Lotus here in Riverside, I spotted two more, the first was when I was on my way to Moreno Valley, I have gotten on the 60 freeway using the 34th street on ramp heading east once entering the freeway I actually notice a Porsche 911 which didn't bad at all sweet!, but once I pass the 215, 60, 91 interchange I spotted another exotic I couldn't tell what it was right a way because of its xenon headlights, so I started slowing down to see what it was, I notice the exterior color was gray right a way the Porsche's exterior color was also gray, but once the car pass me a knew it was a genuine Lotus Elise. Then like a mile later I saw that the Lotus was right next to the Porsche, the Lotus started speeding ahead as in to start a racing with the Porsche but the guy in the Porsche didn't bother so the Lotus just speed of and that was the last I saw of it. Then a few days later I was by the galleria mall when I spotted a orange Lotus, the guy who owned it look like he didn't knew anything about Lotus's like as if bought it just to have it, you can tell he knew nothing about the history of Lotus I'm not saying I know alot but I would do some research beore I buy any type of exocit wethers its american or european, well thats it, so for those of you in Riverside watch out for yellow, orange, and grey Lotus's.

Re: Lotus

Why are they so rare? They aren't THAT expensive. And don't tell me its because they aren't practical, because I see vipers all the time.

Re: Lotus

So, does that mean that people have snatched up all of the cars that they could have based on the number that lotus exported?
