Running lights wont shut off

I have a 1998 with running lights that wont shut off after the truck is shut off. I just pulled the running light fuse to shut the running lights off, my lights work fine when I use the light switch.Just up here in Canada I think its the law that they have to be on during the day and I dont want to get a ticket cause they are off. anyone got an idea how to fix this little problem.

You more than likely need a daytime running lamp module,its located in the left front under the hood,in front of the fuse box(blacck,one connector,4 screws)they burn up inside from heat caused by reducing the voltage...
