97 Nissan Maxima wont Start

I have 1997 Nissan Maxima GXE . I was having startingh touble since last 2 weeks . When i start the ignitaion it wont start in one click.

Yesterday i went to Advanced Auto Parts to check about the problem. Tecnican checked battery that was OK , then he asked me to start the engine, my car wont start at all . He start to do jump start with his equipment that does not help. Finally i have to tow it away

He told me its mostly starter.
Now whenever i turn on the key it just Click Click .... and wont start

Can anyone guide me what could be problem, and where i can get cheper Starter . Also please give me detail process how can i replace the starter on my own. I could not locate the starter.

If u can locate engine & Tranny, Starter is bulging between 'em.

Coupla bolts, start from taking batt off...
