Bad Head Gasket ?

I have a 1988 cadillac seville and i think i have a head gasket problem.

smell antifreeze after warm up

runs hot

ruff start after shut off

motor oil in overflow ???

ratiator always needs filled yet there is no leak i can find

any advise before i start the proceedure of gasket replacement ????

any help would be highly appreciated !!!!!!!

I'd certainly do a pressure test of the cooling system and then maybe a leak down test of each piston. I had mine done at a shop - sounds like you got troubles though.
