Funniest thing is that she is sueing her son-in-law, she's probally a crack head. In most states you can not sue the driver if your a friend or family member unless the driver was drunk, your just a guest in the vehichle.

I am a resure diver more like a body recovery diver for the fire departemnt. I would love to see some wacked out geriatric try to sue me for trying to save her life. over here in texas, this dude jumped in a river to save some other guy, and the police department is suing him for interfering with police business.
saw the vid on the nightly news and its basically a bunch of cops standing around with their thumbs up their asses waiting for orders or some such and then all of a sudden this guy jumps in the water and takes care of business. dont see how thats interfering.... to the old lady: sorry you suck so much at life mrs, that you feel it necessary to sue someone for keeping you alive. next time you decide to go for a swim, lets just hope noone calls for help.
