shot in tha dark
atleast tell me if the A/C controlls in the dash work off the same vacum system under the hood.Or if someone knows how to wedge the dash vents open im all ears>thanks to all help!

one vacuum hose runs form intake manifold to the heater control panel backside, then after that its several lines to differetn vacuum actuators on the heater boxes assembly underdash and/or underhood/in cowl area depending on system installed
im not sure if dash vents are cable or vacuum controlled once you find out which then you can dig around and find that and the cause of them not coming on etc.
