turbonator or tornado? that is the question

has any 1 tried the turbonator? that spiral thing that says to create a vortex inside the intake to make like 30 HP in any car. it sounds very suspicius to me. chek it at turbonator.com and let me know what u think guys. thanks

Both are junk. Save your hard earned $ and spend it on something useful. If you do a search, you'll come up with hundreds (if not literally thousands) of threads about both.

only get those and a k&n filter if their aren't any intake systems available for your car. Otherwise get either a short ram or CAI, either of which severly out performs the previous setup.

thanx guys, i already have basics I/H/E on my 94 ex coupe, im thinking maybe changin to a B16 or buying a GSR. i was just wondering about this thing.

If you really have to ask you shouldnt be working on your car. Just kiddin, but yeah those things are complete trash.

You all say they are junk, but how many of you actually paid money for one and found out the hard way?
I only know of one person who actually bought one. He had it in an 87 corolla. He said he could not tell the difference.

its kinda like chopping your hand off would you say it hurts?

have you done it?

Not everything needs to be tested just look at the product and if you know some things about how cars work past the b/s they use to sell stuff you could just tell its not worth anything.

yeah, i didn't understand how that product would improve a car's performance, but i am no engineer, or do I know anything about physics
