2005 Camry XM Radio Option

Hi, My wife has a 2005 Camry with the stereo XM radio ready. According to the manual we just have to add an antena ect. Anyone done this or know anything about it? Any place after market a guy could check to get whats needed as I'm sure Toyota will be more then a little proud of what they have to sell.
Thanks

Xm "ready" really means it ready for you to go out and buy everything. I purchased a radio that the receiver already installed in the radio. What you have to do is purchase the XM reciever and an antenna. The sell kits at the larger electronic stores such as Best Buys, Good Guys etc.
They can install it for you or do it your self. I installed my antenna on the front part of the roof and pulled the coax thru the front window rubber seal worked it around to the side pillar and under the dash. Its much easier to have them install it and it doesnt cost a lot. Then pay for the subscription and your good to go. I never listen to the regular radio bands anymore!

Good Luck
