cefiro headlight bulbs?

i bought a pair of headlights and i need to know what kinda of headlight bulbs are in the lights, i need to know what the high beam are the low beam and the yellow fog lights are. i'd really appriciate it if you can help me out and if you could tell me where i could find a set or if someone from a different counrty them the us could get me a pair since i can''t really get any.

They should just have H4 (halogen bulb) that are common to just about every other car made in the last 10 years...
Yellow ones are normally, a clear bulb with a plastic cap...

i heard they are h3c's ... is that even a bulb? do you know where i can find out the info for sure. i dont want to buy like 3 different bulbs.

Mine are the crystal ball headlights. As I check, it reads:

ok,
i bought some headlights from japan. they were said to be out of an 89-94 nissan cefiro. that body style is an A31 - A31 cefiro. i need to find out what kind of bulbs are in each section. for example. - what kind of bulb is in the low beam projector, what kind is in the high beam projector, and what kind is in the Fog light projector.

i have bulbs in there right now, but i want to get new ones ... b/c i dont know how much longer these ones will last for. and i want to upgrade to HID's but thats after i find out which ones are in the head lights ... they do not resemble any headlight from the us where im from.
im really in need on this info anyone that could help me out i would be soo appriciative.
