High and low A/C valves on 1989 LeSabre

I need to know where the high and low A/C valves are located on an 89 LeSabre. Also can anyone tell me how to evacuate the old R12 Freon so I can Update to the R134a Coolant.

I don't know where the valves are you could buy a Haynes manual at a local auto parts store which would be a great guide for you. You'll need a professional to evacuate the R12 because it is composed of CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons) which destroy ozone and it's illegal to release them into the atmosphere.

here's a website for you. http://www.p2pays.org/ref/01/00038.htm

Sorry man this is a project that you're just going to have to take to a certified mechanic. It may cost a few bucks but at least there's no 25,000 dollar fine.
