a/c, temp gauge and cruise control not working

I have a 1997 Surburban with a 7.5 vortex engine iI have had the cataylic converters changed and it seems after I had them change my a/c,cruise control and temp gauge stopped working I did have the car dealer machanics where I had brought it from try to see why the service engine light kept coming on and when i go it back all of the things i mentioned stopped working I thought it might be the fuses but I have checked them and they seem to be ok. Please let me know if anyone know what the problem is
