Location of ALDL diagnostic connector on '93 Trooper?

Can someone tell me the location of the ALDL diagnostic connector on '93 Trooper? It is apparently a 3 prong connector but all I see under dash is 1 and 2 connector plugs. Is this connector actually behind the instrument panel? I need to pull the codes because my CEL is on. Thanks!

Arrow

yours should be the same as my 92 trooper.

it's under the trim above, or just in front of, the gas pedal, off to the right towards the hump. [note: "in front of" in this case means towards the seats].

reach up there and gently pull down what will come. or contort yourself with a maglite.

you should end up with two 3-female connectors. one is green, the other is white.

the green one is for the ck trans light [DON'T jumper this one!]

the white is the aldl ck engine light, the one you want.
jump the two outer slots to retrieve the blinking codes.
