Nope. Never seen an "airbag" suspension setup. Know where I can see some pics of an airbag suspension?

Hey this is the only "pic" I could find..."Airbags" are more than just this...You need A Tank, Compressors, Lines, Switches. It's kind of like Hydro's (like on the old ass impala's and such) but just using air to fill the "bag", instead of hydroulic pumps to move the car up and down...hope this helps. Someone w/ a better explanation is more than welcome to post!

as far as the weight i'm not sure but it seems to me logically that it would be lighter because its just a rubber airbag replace the stock shock and spring but the whole unit of course will be heavier due to the fact that you also need pump, and mounting brackets for the bags, air compressor air tank and etc u get what i'm saying?

but the cool factor makes up for it on a car i dont suggest getting airbags because they have applications like the one i got air cylinders wich will do the same as the bags but is more durable. the bags have a tendency to get leaks and sometimes pop . mostly trucks use the bags now and cars use the cylinders

to summarize it all

imagine having a plastic bag on the table then placing youre hand on the bag then putting your mouth up to the opening of the plastic bag and blowing air in it to inflate what would happen to your had it would rise right? same thing for airbags

now what would happen if you stuck a needle in the bag u get it!

Yea IF I ever got "bags" I would get pistons! More durable and wont "pop" but can still hop and go up and down hehe

The airbags I've seen only replaced the springs, the old dampers were kept. Anybody no how the handling is affected?
Bags make it look good, but I'd want top handling so I'm thinking about a new adjustable ride height coilover setup. I'll just have to set it lower the hard way when I want it to look slammed.
