Question 1985 TurboCoupe Oil Pressure

When started, the oil pressure gauge on my car sits right at normal, but then after driving it for a while it will go all the way down to the bottom of normal, and stay there. The only exception is when I will slow down or sit at a stop light or something. Then, it will go back to about 25% from the bottom. Could this be something caused by my turbo? Is it a problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
