Angry ECU code 23 and 44

Guys,

I had this code on my ECU after i noticed that i was loosing power at about 2500 RPM and the car starts to jerk, and sometimes goes off.
I dont realy know what the problem is. I have checked everything that i felt could cause this but i did not find anything wrong.
Pls does anybody have an idea of what could be wrong?
Also does anybody know what code 23 maens.

I need to pull codes on my '93. Is the diagnostic connector behind the instrument panel? Can it be easily reached from under the dash or do you need to remove trim pieces? All I see are 1 and connector plugs.

Thanks!
