I have a 1999 dodge grand caravan 3.8 ltr. It has always been a great runner until yesterday wife was driving and it just lost power. It still runs but misses badly as though it is starving for fuel. I replaced fuel filter and pump seems to be working fine? I ran a diagnostic test and it shows no error codes. Where to next?

How about air flow problems? Air filter good? MAF sensor? How about where the air duct connects to the engine? If it does not have a good seal there, it will suck air, bypassing your air intake sensors giving bad readings to the PCM. No air, no gas. Any work done recently?
