more blow from my blower

I have a 92 chevy silverado. My wife has an '05 silverado. (not fair) her a/c blower will knock you back in the seat, mine is whimpy. Is there a way to increase the air flow? Could there be an obstruction in the duct? Is it possible to clean the coils and get cooler air? Please help. I'm getting hot.
