Its the New GTR Skyline courtesy of the Nissan Pre release Press kit. So its something Nissan threw togther to show the world that its still means bussiness with the GTR. Expect the actual car to look a little diffrent, but still be recognisable from the pic.

In other words expect the next GT-R to be a let down on the looks department. Like I said before, "that thing looks like the Z concpet is doing doggy style on the new Acura RS-X".
Not original that's for sure.

I hope they dump this idea and go back to the drawing board, much like they did with the 1999 Z Concept.
Moppie, can you confirm that data? |

Crud, I really want to find a rag where the press kit was featured. I guess it's time to go foreign magazine hunting... (always a pain in the neck... Stateside publishings are always behind when it comes to international auto news)
Thanks for the tip Moppie. |

New Beetles are just fine. However I like the old ones much more because they are true compacts with a rear mounted engine.
I guess you can't really replicate those two factors when you are using a Golf chassis. Ferdinand Piech, you have my applause. JUST HURRY YOUR ASS ON THE NEW FULL SIZE D1 FLAGSHIP VW!!! |

i'm from australia
i can confirm that photo has appeared in a number of magazines here like "High Performance Imports" (Australia's premier import magazine) That photo matches the actual V35 skyline thats for sale in japan... check out www.nissan.co.jp.. its offically the new skyline.. and that picture looks like the new skyline with a bodykit, so i'd say thats the one! at least its not as ugly as the new subaru WRX!! Even one of my own friends stated, "ugly" at first sight. Then I presented a local rag that featured the new WRX. The first line stated, "Subaru doesn't care if you think this car is ugly." And I must concur with that truth. Rally cars aren't supposed to look like low slung, rare metal, delicate works of art, and those who don't get it probably never will. I don't know about many of you, but when I see a WRX (old and new), I see TRUE purpose built beauty. |
