Need help repairing 1991 Geo Storm

Hi, I don't know anything about cars because I just got in the scene. I don't know much about my car, but I know it's not running properly. It is real loud and it idle's too fast, and also I think I need to fix almost the whole car. So please help me with the "how to do" this stuff. Thanks
