GCL brake identification

Have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo w/64K miles. Needs brakes. Question: How do I determine whether the vehicle is equipped with Akebono or ATE OEM brakes?? I will need replacement rotors and pads and need this info prior to purchasing new parts. Any help appreciated.

The Akebono calipers have 3 triangles cast into the body of the caliper.
