Replacing '95 Bonneville Water Pump - Help!!

My husband is trying to replace the water pump on my 95 bonneville SSEI. So far he has removed all of the bolts from the old water pump except the left most bolt which is partially behind "something". What does he have to do to get to this bolt to remove it??? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Tell him to unbolt the power steering pump and move it out of the way. Once he does that the water pump should be easy to remove.
