Question 1998 s-10 v-6

I just bought a used 98 s-10 v-6 engine and wanted to change the spark plugs, filters etc. When I got to the drivers side of the engine to change the plugs I find that the plug is positioned behind the steering column. Does anyone know what tool I need to get to this plug?
Thanks,

you have a 4.3l, very nice moter, except plug six, there is a little rubber garmet on the shaft that is movable, move it and use a spark plug wrench to break plug loose, then insert a rubber hose and finish taken it out that way
