What years can swap the engine with the 99 127hp?
Am looking to swap a used engine for the grenaded one in a friend's 99 EX. The car has an a/t and the 127hp engine. What years of engine can I look for as a donor and still use all existing accessories and components? I just want the simplest drop-in possible. Is the m/t engine identical to the a/t? Will the 115hp engine work using the 127hp fuel system, harness etc? Anyone?

the engine type you would be looking for is a D16y8. that is a vtec engine (big woop).
