Bronco took a dive

My Bronco was jerking to the left and after that i lost presser to my breaks. So to get back to my house i had to pump my Breaks and it worked to get me home. When i got to my house i noticed my winsheild whiper fluid had over flowed. That is about it.

Any help would be welcomed.
