New Black TYC Projectors want to change bulbs to piaa h1 4000k bulbs.

Hey guys I just bought some new tyc black projectors for a 2002 honda civic dx, and I want to change the stock head light bulbs to some new piaa 4000k bulbs xtreme white plus, or some phillips crystal vision 4300 k bulbs. I looked at the tyc h1 bulbs, and I have two bulbs, are they for low beam and high beam? DO I have to buy two pairs of the bulbs i want, to get them for h1 high and low beam??
Thanks,
Gab.

Yes highs and lows...Turn your headlights on and you will see which is which..You will only need to change your low beams no need to change high beams, save your money.

You could change both if you want even brighter highs, I have a 92 with the tyc projectors(also a dual h1 setup). I personally used raybrig shining wizards, the lows aren't much brighter but the highs almost look like a true HID set up.
