Question a questıon for the pros

ı was wonderıng how do you modlers cut metal pıeces of the dıe-cast cars lıke what kınd of tool.

dremel or any other rotary tool, hacksaws, sandpaper, it really depends on what kind of job you are doing

personally i woud use a dremel with fiber cut-off wheel

For what you are describing I use a hobby saw. Its like a hacksaw but smaller with finer teeth. Its better for the delicate stuff.

I agree with Mike on that one, a hobbysaw (hacksaw) is the best choice, although dremmels get the job done faster, they do have a tendency to jump out of their cut line and eat up what ever your working on, and they also have a habbit of breaking cutting bits, so although it maybe slower with the handsaw, it's alot safer.

A jeweler's saw for cutting out decks, doors etc. This saw is like a coping saw but with a much finer blade. You can turn corners with it.

Yeah, a hacksaw works nicely but remember to use a fairly small saw or you'll have trouble turning corners (if you need to do that sort of thing).
