milliput
hi. i took out my milliput that has been sitting for maybe... i dunno... more than 1/2 a year... and i looked at it and it turned this nasty brown/green color on the outside of one of the sticks:
is it still ok to use?

Re: milliput
Mine is over 9 years old and I still use it. It's a little harder to knead, but I don't know if it was like that new since it's been so long.
You sure that's milliput? lol

Re: milliput
Epoxy putties have a limited shelf life. It's best to keep it sealed from the air as much as possible. I've read that some people stick it in the fridge too.
I had some Magic Sculp that did the same thing. It was all goopy and I didn't want to touch it, plus it was hard to knead so I just bought some new stuff. 008 I'm surprised yours is still useable after 9 years.. even Milliput's web site gives it a life of only 2 years.

Re: milliput
Maybe OOB is a cat, and therefore this timing would make sense.

Re: milliput
I cut off the green/brown stuff because I couldnt get it to mix well and it left soft spots in the cured putty.
