escort 97 pressure relief valve pluged

My trani leaks fluid where the trotle cable goes in on the top. The cable was replaced and resealed number of times. The pressure inside the trani is too high. Does anyone know where the pressure relief valve is located on this trani. (2 l escort wagon 97)
