ignition switch

Ive got a little problem. i Lost my Fuckin key to my White hatch. i was gonna switch over ignition switch from rex but cant get hatch one off. took screws off and nuttin. any special to get off? i took door lock off and was gonna go get a Key made but figured might try this and save some money for my stupidity.old one bad as it is any how.

Turn the ignition switch to l
use a small allen wrench to push the pin in (small hole on top of lock cylinder)
Pull cylinder out

no key to turn to 1 position. me and loosing keys . gonna hang it on a chain around my neck from now on.

just change out the entire ignition set up. all you have to do is cut a slut in each of the bolts so you can get them out with a screwdriver and then unclip it from the harness under the dash, and put the new one back in, simple as that.

Take your title and registration to any honda dealer and they can make or get you a key from the VIN #. I have had to do it on many of my hondas. I believe its like $12

switch over whole thing like hybrid mentioned. worked perfect. hardest part was getting lock aligned with plastic
