Stratus motor in a neon
Ok I know u can put the 2.4 liter motor into a neon, how about the 2.7 v6.
Its pretty cheap and has 200hp, it is not an inline v6, what i would worry about is the width of the motor. what do u think, this is just a idea. Website below to look at motor http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW |

Do not put the 2.7 in it and it will not fit.THE 2.7 IS A PIECE OF JUNK!

Re: Stratus motor in a neon
Any things is possible with enough money. But I agreed if you want to drop a 6 cyclinder strauts motor in it. Put an 6G72 (R/T) motor in it. That is a mits motor and it is alot more reliable motor than the 2.7.
