92' Geo Storm Ignition

I don't know much about cars of any type at all, but I just bought a GEO storm and it was running good for a day or so, but all of a sudden the key wont turn. I've wiggled the steering wheel back and forth and tried to turn the key but it's just not happening. Anyone ever had this problem or may know how to fix it w/out replacing the whole ignition?

yes I did and it takes a new tumbler Which comes with a different key.clb
