Do a head-gasket change, It fixed the prob after I tried all of the above.

try checking your plugs wires and distibutor cap my best suggestion is for you to start small an work your way up so you dont waste money on exspensive parts that dont need to be replaced but your best bet would probably be to check the idle air control valve in case you dont know where its is its behind your throttle body with all that said, good luck!
