Cigarette Lighter Fuse on a 95 Blazer

Ok....Stupid question I know.....but my friend she has a 95 Blazer and the fuse for the cigarette lighter went out. She has no owners manual or anythign that gives reference to where this fuse is located. Can someone please tell me where it is located. Thanks

should be in the driver's side dash end with the other fuses.
